- How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through the Odisha Public Service Commission website at https://opsc.gov.in. The online application process will be available from 17 March 2026 to 17 April 2026 up to 05:00 PM. After successful registration, candidates will receive a Permanent Public Service Account Number (PPSAN) and should keep a printout of the final submitted application for future reference
- Selection Process: Selection will be based on a written test consisting of 200 multiple-choice questions carrying 200 marks. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written test, and shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
- Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹700 through online mode while submitting the application form. SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempted from paying the fee. The fee is refundable only to candidates who appear in the written examination
- Must possess valid registration under Dentist Act 1948, required DCI conversion certificate for foreign degrees (if applicable), and ability to read, write, and speak Odia.
