- How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through the official website https://sssb.punjab.gov.in. Applicants need to register using their email ID, complete the online application form, upload the required details, pay the application fee online, and submit the form before the deadline. The online application process started on 13 March 2026 and the last date to apply and pay the fee is 06 April 2026.
- Selection Process: Selection will be based on an objective type written examination. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written exam. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the candidate with higher age, followed by higher marks in the required qualification and then matriculation marks. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification or counseling before final recommendation.
- Application Fee: Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen, EWS, PwD, and LDESM categories of Punjab must pay ₹500. SC and BC candidates of Punjab must pay ₹750. All other candidates including the General category must pay ₹1500.
