- How to Apply: Candidates must register online through the Microsoft Office form available via the link/QR code provided in the advertisement or on the BEL website career section. The online registration process is open from 09 March 2026 to 28 March 2026
- Selection Process: The selection will be conducted through a pre-registered walk-in process consisting of a written test followed by an interview. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will appear for a written test carrying 85 marks, and those who qualify will be shortlisted for the interview in a ratio of 1:5 based on written test merit in each category. The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the written test (85% weightage) and interview (15% weightage). The venue, date, and time of the selection process will be announced on the BEL website and communicated to shortlisted candidates via email.
- Duration: The contract will initially be for a period of three years from the date of joining. It may be extended for up to two additional years depending on project requirements and performance, making the maximum tenure five years.
- Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 450 plus 18% GST through SBI Collect in online mode
